I am currently an in-network provider with Regence BlueShield and Premera BlueCross plans.  If you are planning to utilize an in-network insurance plan I will check your eligibility for coverage prior to our first appointment and file claims on your behalf, and bill you for your coinsurance or copays.  I prefer to have a credit card on file for you for ease of coordinating payments.  If you choose to pay out of pocket or are out of these insurance networks, I am happy to provide you with a receipt of services that you may present to your insurance company for your own reimbursement.

My rate is $175 for a 55-minute session. If you are paying out-of-pocket, I will be happy to provide you with a Good Faith Estimate in compliance with the No Surprises Act.
